representatives, two divisional vice-presidents and five support personnel with
accountability for $253 million in cumulative variable annuity, pension, life
insurance and mutual fund sales.
- Reorganized field sales in three major cities, growing assets under management by 565% (from
$38 million to $253 million).
Improved Fidelity Independent Advisors Group market share (ranking)
from #92 to #1 of advisory services within a 6-state regional area despite
2 significant market turndowns and 2 recessions.
- Established a telecommunications/response center to serve high net-worth clients and small
businesses. With assets ranging from $2 million to $250 million; a key
factor in increasing sales by double digits each year.
- Grew large individual and corporate accounts from
5% to 25% of assets under
management and increased the value of individual account investments from
$350,000 to $1.5 million within a 24-month period.
- Formulated a private equity investment program that generated $25 million of affluent client capital in the first year and subsequently grew to $150+ million in accumulated assets after investment
